Originally recorded in December 1964 and expected to be theButterfield Blues Band's debut release the sessions were scrapped and remained in the vaults until 2002.
Many of the songs were re-recorded months later for their official debut album but this set reflects the rawness and atmosphere of their live performances to better effect.
